DivingAway allows dive service providers to choose from three cancellation policies: Flexible, Moderate, and Strict. The cancellation policy of each product is, therefore, indicated in their product descriptions.
In case you book products with different cancellation policies, the 'hardest' policy applies. We, therefore, advise you to book these products separately.
We also remind you that payments are to be made directly to the dive provider, by bank transfer (SEPA, Paypal, TransFerWise) or directly on-site.
FLEXIBLE POLICY: On-the-spot payment of the service, or 3 days before the beginning of the service
The dive center can ask you to pay for the service on-site, or three days before the beginning of the service to maintain your spots.
MODERATE POLICY: Payment of a deposit after acceptation of the booking, and the balance 1 month before the beginning of the service
After accepting your booking, the dive center will ask you for a deposit, and the balance before the start of the service to confirm your booking.
After payment, the service is non-refundable.
This cancellation policy is often used for products with accommodation.
STRICT POLICY: Payment of the service after acceptation of the booking
After accepting your booking, the dive center will ask you to pay the total amount of the service.
After payment, the service is non-modifiable, non-refundable.
This cancellation policy is applied automatically for promotions.
