Orca Dive Club El Gouna

Orca Dive Club El Gouna is located at the Abu-Tig Marina in the Turtles Inn Hotel in El Gouna, about 20 km north of Hurghada.
El Gouna is a very pretty new town with ochre and pink villas, trendy yachts, a variety of restaurants, trendy bars, with its church and mosque, small supermarkets, and workers who arrive by bus every morning when they are not staying in a separate enclave away from the tourists.

A German campus, a replica of the Library of Alexandria, two schools, one of which is a hotel, and above all the hospital with the Deco Chamber have been established on-site. It was built on the edge of the meandering green water lagoon, in the desert, on the shores of the Red Sea, and has an exact replica in Tabah Heights, not far from the Israeli border.
Many expatriates have bought a property here, in view of the order that reigns there. You find a few tourists there when you compare to those who come to Hurghada.

You will be welcomed by professionals in this very well-equipped center with aluminum and steel blocks, air and nitrox compressors, as well as 30 complete types of equipment including some for children. You benefit from SSI and PADI courses, you test rebreather diving and you go diving on interesting and varied sites, offshore. The playground is large with, jointly, those of the north of Hurghada with Careless Reef, Umm Gamar, and Shaab Rur.

North of El Gouna, you do not find any other divers except for those on cruise ships, on Bluff Point and Umm Usk. The interest of diving in El Gouna is also the proximity of the most beautiful wrecks of the Gubal Strait, of which the SS Thistlegorm is a part. In Abu Nuhas there are four known wrecks Ghannis D, Kimon M, Chrisula K, and Carnatic. The 120 meters long Rosalie Möller is a true legend.
