Red Sea Diving Safari Marsa Nakari Village is located 18 km south of Marsa Alam, Egypt on the Red Sea. It is established on a historical site dating back to Roman times, known to the ancients as the port of Nechesia. Remains can still be seen at the top of a hill at the southern end of the bay. Currently, the Marsa Nakari dive resort has been established in this bay where the House reef is located. You can rent royal tents, huts, tents, deluxe and standard chalets with the dive center, cafeteria, and massage center on-site.
The main attraction of the dive resort is its proximity to the Samadai Marine Park (Dolphin House). Sedentary longirostris dolphins stay in the lagoon under the shelter of a large half-moon-shaped reef. Diving and snorkeling are possible. There is one boat trip per day to the reef with an extra charge if you have previously purchased an unlimited diving package on the House Reef. Boat trips are also organized to the marine park of Wadi el Gemal which is composed of rocky islets full of birds and well-preserved reefs with many turtles. Many other excursions to discover special marine life or other dive sites are available!
It is also possible to follow PADI and TDI training courses for adults and children, from Open Water to Divemaster levels.
Transfers to and from the airports of Hurghada (291 km/4 hours) and Marsa Alam (78 km/1 hour) are organized by Red Sea Diving Safari as well as to the 2 other villages Marsa Shagra and Wadi Lahami.
