The PlanetOcean diving center is located in Port Florida, within the Decathlon shop in Hendaye. Open all week long from 8 am to 6 pm, the premises are arranged in such a way as to welcome you comfortably with separate men's and women's changing rooms, hot showers inside and outside PlanetOcean, individual lockers, rinsing bins, a room to store rental equipment as well as your own!
And to complete the focus on training, there is a classroom with Wi-Fi, a swimming pool that serves as a diving pit, and a restaurant for a break after diving. The PlanetOcean training center offers PADI and FFESSM courses for beginners ranging from Discover Scuba Diver to certifications for professionals with the Divemaster and Open Water Instructor. Freediving courses are also offered here, combining relaxation, breathing control, and underwater exploration.
All freediving disciplines are taught here, whether static or dynamic, free immersion or constant weight, in the pool or at sea. Come aboard the Betiko, an 11-meter long aluminum boat with a capacity of 29 divers, covered against rain and sun. The semi-rigid Bidaia will also take you quickly to the best diving spots in Hendaye, such as the Anchors, the lobster bank, and the Bay of Pigs, ideal for your first scuba diving experience. In season, you can observe sunfish, the mola-mola, in Hendaye.
