The diving center Cap Plongée is located on the port of Coudoulière, in Six-Fours-Les-Plages. Cap Plongée offers you ANMP and FFESSM training courses, from baptism to level 3. You will board the boat La Mouette, 50 m from Cap Plongée's premises. You have never breathed on a regulator? Take a first dive! Experienced divers, you wish to deepen your skills to explore further? Cap Plongée accompanies you in obtaining your diving levels. On-site, a changing room is at your disposal to equip yourself. Whether you are an amateur or an experienced diver, the twenty or so dive sites such as Le Sec de Guénaud and Basses Moulinières, offered by the Cap Plongée diving school are rich in fauna and flora and will leave you with beautiful memories of the Embiez islands, an archipelago classified as a Natura 2000 zone. Bruno, passionate about photography and marine biology, will direct you to the species you are looking for: sars, wrasses, red mullets, scorpionfish, rockfish, groupers, moray eels, cuttlefish, octopus, and shellfish. Discover also several kinds of gorgonians, anemones, corals, sponges as well as large fields of Posidonia, the green lung of the Mediterranean. The diving school Dune Marseille, open all year round, is located in the port of Pointe Rouge, in Marseille. Find Dune Marseille just after the yacht club, a 5-minute walk from a small beach lined with bars and nice restaurants. From November to March, the center welcomes groups only. From March to November, the diving departures take place at 9:15 am and 1:15 pm. The whole range of FFESSM and PADI training courses are offered, from beginners to level 3. Dune Marseille's strengths lie in its comfortable facilities with, on-site, a store, a relaxation area to consult diving books, separate men's and women's changing rooms, indoor and outdoor hot showers, a nice rinsing area, and a large room for courses and seminars equipped with a video projector. Wi-Fi access is free and many full amenities are available for rent. Nearby, there is free parking and a boat landing that shuttles guests between Pointe Rouge and the Old Port, a 20-minute sail from the Calanques National Park. Dune Marseille's two semi-rigid boats, specially equipped for snorkeling, freediving, and diving, are equipped with benches and ensure safe sea outings. The number of divers has limited onboard the boats. Hot or cold drinks are served on board depending on the season. Meet on the large shaded terrace outside to chat after the dive or to eat. The Cap Cerbère diving centre is located in the heart of the Cerbère-Banyuls marine reserve, in the Pyrénées-Orientales. Open all year round, the premises of Cap Cerbère, also welcome people with reduced mobility, in the village of Cerbère. They include three separate men's and women's changing rooms, with a blower to dry your wetsuits between two boat rotations, showers and sanitary facilities, two classrooms equipped with video projectors and wifi, two inflation stations (air and nitrox) including 20 buffer bottles. Wetsuits can be rented from children's size to XXL, from 5 mm to drysuits. Parking is free. The boarding platform is just a few metres from the club. The Cap Cerbère training centre offers PADI and FFESSM courses from beginner level 1 to the more advanced level 4. For those who dive with rebreathers or technical dives, we have soda lime on order, nitrox equipment and 5 ponys for O2 decompression. The Cap Cerbère club is the ideal structure for groups of up to 58 divers with comfort and safety. You can even benefit from a group rate in summer! Come aboard the Cap Cerbère, a 14 m boat approved for up to 39 divers, equipped with a lift to make it easier to get in and out of the water. The Marlasca is also an 8.5 m long boat, equipped with two parrot ladders and can accommodate up to 19 divers. The boat can be rented for 3 hours to meet up with friends or family. The Diving Portlligat Cadaques training centre offers PADI and SSI courses for all levels of divers, from beginners with the Scuba Diver to advanced divers with the Advanced Scuba Diver. The courses, adapted to each one, take place according to the schedules wished and of your availabilities. Theory and practice are taught on-site. The Carpe Diem Cadaqués, a complex of comfortable and equipped flats for 2, 4 and 6 people, includes a swimming pool in which the diving centre is located, and allows you to organise and practise your diving exercises before going out to sea. The Diving Portlligat Cadaques diving club offers introductory diving courses for children and adults. Nitrox training allows you to safely spend more time underwater, especially on successive dives. Three daily departures are scheduled to 3 different sites in the natural park of Cap de Creus. A quad bike is provided to transport your equipment to the port. Divers are transported by vehicle to the embarkation point. Experienced divers board one of the 3 semi-rigid boats of 7,5 m length, in which you discover the best diving spots of Cadaques in the Natural Park of Cap de Creus. On your request, Diving Portlligat Cadaques organises night dives, sometimes with the possibility of going out in a boat for 2 people. The Mio Palmo diving center is located in Cogolin, on the edge of the Gulf of Saint Tropez, in the extension of Port Grimaud. The Marines de Port Cogolin will enchant you with its yachting atmosphere. The diving center is located in front of the landing stage of the green boats, bound for Saint Tropez and Sainte Maxime. The team of instructors welcomes you from June 1st to September 30th, the ideal period for diving in the Mediterranean. You can leave your equipment in a Mio Palmo room for the duration of your stay. The Mio Palmo diving school offers an introduction to scuba diving, organized for adults and children from 8 years old. PADI training courses are offered from Discover Scuba Diver to OWSI instructor. Make a trip with 2 dives to optimize your holidays on the most beautiful sites of Saint-Tropez, with a return to the dock around 12:30. A good deal, a private outing is organized with 8 dives for 4 people and also includes the meal and drinks on board. Once a week, experienced divers explore the famous Rubis submarine wreck. Come aboard the Taormina, a RIB that can accommodate up to 20 divers. It is also ideal for snorkeling trips and quick access to dive sites. The richness and variety of the seabed, made up of drop-offs and seagrass beds, wrecks, shallows, and lighthouses, will surprise you with groupers, sars, bogues, and lobsters.
