Aquarius Sharm is located in the Coral Sea Sensatori Imperial, Coral Sea Water World and Coral Sea Holiday Village hotels. These are ideal locations for diving and snorkelling. The diving centre is fully equipped to cater for beginners to experienced divers, and even has its own private pool. Training takes place on the Housereef in front of the hotel. The FL-Team Dive Centre (formerly Fred Lombard) is located almost inside the small dive resort Nemo, a stone's throw from the aluminium marina in Safaga. The main entrance is located on the side of the former Divers House. Greg and Agneska welcome you here on the morning of your arrival at 8 a, to complete the formalities. Then, every day, after your free transfer from the hotels north of Safaga, the sailors and instructors welcome you on the deck of the boat Calypso, at the marina. Your equipment and tanks are already on the boat. After 30 to 60 minutes of sailing, you arrive at one of the best dive spots in Safaga such as Abu Kefan or Panorama Reef. After a full briefing, it's time to get in the water for a 45 to 60-minute dive. A second dive is then arranged at a different dive site or on a different part of the same location. Back on board the boat, it's finally time for a snack with even chocolate pancakes! And finally, the boat returns to the marina between 4 and 5 pm. Also a French FFESSM training centre, FL-Team allows you to start your diving experience with your first dive and to follow PADI diving courses from Open Water Diver to Divemaster. About 60 wooden bungalows are located in a beautiful bougainvillea garden on the edge of Abu Dabbab Bay. It is the perfect place for nature lovers and diving adventurers. Don't forget to take adjustable fins with hard-soled shoes for walking through the desert rocks and over dead corals. Red Sea Diving Safari Marsa Shagra Village is a 3-hour drive from Hurghada (253 km) and 30 minutes from Marsa Alam (40 km). This place is ideal because of its Housereef, 2 km long, made up of North and South reefs which join to form a natural bay with a sandy slope going down from 1 to 10 m first, then continuing to the outer drop-offs, at 40m deep. To dive there, you can take an unlimited diving package each, with your buddy. You first do two guided orientation dives on arrival, then you dive without a guide, within the limits of your prerogatives and according to the package you have chosen. The administrative office is open from 8 am to 5 pm but it is possible to dive from 6 am to 8 pm. Zodiacs moored at the jetty can be used to explore the outer dive sites (at an extra charge). An air-conditioned classroom with a flat-screen TV is available for training, unless you choose the PADI eLearning course solution, allowing you to enjoy your diving holidays more! Bring thick-soled slippers with adjustable fins to go diving from the shore, otherwise, you'll have to rent them on site! From here, we leave early morning to Elphinstone in a fast semi-rigid boat. We leave for the reefs of Satayah from the port of Hamata (navigation 2 hours) or by speed boat from Wadi Lahami (navigation 45 minutes). You can also reach Shaab Samadai, a marine park where you can swim with dolphins in the wild, in 30 minutes by car and then in 20 minutes by zodiac. A hyperbaric center is located on-site within the village of Marsa Shagra. Each diver must pay the mandatory insurance of 7 euros for the duration of the stay (does not cover hospitalization or transportation). Scuba Seekers Dive Centre is based at Crazy Camel Camp in Dahab. Open daily from 8 am to 6 pm, the premises include individual and secure lockers for storing your equipment, rinse tanks, one for technical diving and one for recreational diving, and shower rooms. Scuba Seekers is located in an inner courtyard, away from the hustle and bustle of the street, allowing you to relax after a day of diving or studying. The environment is ideal for learning and planning your dives, doing theory exercises or debriefings with your instructor.
