Bora Dive and Research is located on the island of Sainte-Marie, on the east coast of Madagascar. Your transfers are provided by the club from your accommodation to the dive center and back. In the company of diving tourists and local scientists who study underwater biodiversity, you board the boat about ten meters from the premises of Bora Dive and Research. You cross a beautiful turquoise lagoon bordered by a beautiful reef, to reach some of the best dive sites in the north of Madagascar, including the Serapis and Rays Palace wrecks. These are underwater reefs with interesting biodiversity, studied by the underwater biologists of Bora Dive and Research, which is a member of the reef protection association, Reef Check, Sentinelles du récif. Bora Dive and Research's instructors are committed to this environmental initiative and also dive to see the evolution and health of the local reefs. The PADI Bora Dive and Research training center invite you to discover diving by taking your first dive in the pool and then into the sea. If you want to improve your diving skills, the instructors at Bora Dive & Research offer PADI Open Water Diver and Scuba Diver courses as well as specializations in night diving, boat diving, and drift diving. Diving with Bora Dive and Research allows you to discover not only the underwater fauna and flora of the Indian Ocean but also to immerse yourself in the pirate stories that continue to circulate on Sainte Marie Island. Bora Dive and Research is a member of the Ceta Mada charter and invites divers from mid-June to mid-October to observe whales mating and giving birth, without the possibility of getting in the water with them.
