Information

A diving trip to San Telmo, in the Balearic Islands, Spain allows you to dive on the wreck of the Goggie. This boat sank during the winter in 1992-93, at Cape Punta Galinda, south-east of the bay of San Telmo. The wreck, divided into several parts, lies at a depth of 36 meters, at the foot of a slope of large rocks.
Worth seeing: the bow, the stern with the wooden railing, the mast and the roof, colonized by red mullets. You go up to a breach opening in the rock face. You observe starfish, schools of sea bream, groupers, moray eels, and gatherings of damselfish. In summer, eagle rays pass in tight squadrons.
