Information

The Danish ship Nordsoen was one of the targets of the commander of the German submarine U-35 Lothar Eugen von Arnauld de La Perière during the First World War. The ship sank in 1917 and now lies at a depth of 6-8m. The wreck has deteriorated over the years due to its shallowness and the violence of storms and successive attempts to refloat it.

The ship's boiler remains the centerpiece of the tour and is used as a nursery for fry. Other remains, including scrap metal, are scattered around the rock and sand. They serve as a shelter for crustaceans and fish.
