Characteristics of the wreck
Bomber Aircraft (0)
During your diving trip to Menton and Monaco, don't hesitate to explore the wreck of the Heinkel 111. Very well preserved, the wreck lies on a 60-metre seabed off Cap Martin. The Heinkel 111 is a German bomber discovered in the 1960s. This twin-engine plane sank at the end of the Second World War and lies upside down on the mud. This dive site is accessible to PADI Rescue Diver and FFESSM Level 3. We recommend that you explore it outside the diving season and after you have gradually become accustomed to the depth.
