Scubaworld Madinat Makadi Bay

Scubaworlddivers is located in 2 different hotel complexes, Medinat Makadi at the Jaz Makadina Resort and Labranda, on the seafront in Makadi Bay, 30 minutes south of Hurghada, famous for its nightlife, live concerts, and restaurants serving local and international cuisine. Makadi Bay is a quiet, family-friendly tourist destination known for its underwater world, sandy beaches, and relaxing atmosphere. You enjoy the desert scenery on one side and spectacular sunrises over the Red Sea on the other.

The reception of the diving center is open 7 days a week from 8 am to 6 pm in summer and from 8 am to 5 pm in winter. To avoid rush hours, it is preferable to register or pay your bill around 10 am or around 3 pm. Here you can take advantage of PADI courses, outings to explore the colorful reefs, and snorkeling excursions. Course materials are available in many languages with driving instructors who teach in English, German, French, Italian, Polish, Russian, and Arabic. Two comfortable classrooms are equipped with TV, whiteboard, and air conditioning.

Scuba World Divers offers divers the opportunity to specialize in certain areas such as scooter diving, buoyancy control, wreck diving, fish identification, side-mount... Guided and unguided dive trips last half a day or a full day by boat, to the different dive sites like Sahl Hasheesh, or on the "house reef" from the pontoon in front of the dive center, where you will find your tank and weights prepared in advance.

The 11 meter long Feluccas, equipped with solarium and toilets, are used for half-day and short distance trips with a departure at 9 am for two dives and at 2 pm for one dive. Large boats are used for day trips or for long-distance trips with two or three dives. Enjoy a beautiful day at sea with a friendly crew!
