Eco Divers Resort Lembeh is located in the Lembeh Strait on the north-eastern part of the island of Sulawesi, Indonesia. You have a 1.5 hour drive from Manado airport to there. The resort is located in the middle of a very beautiful spot at the foot of the slopes plunging down into the strait, a real wall of inextricable vegetation, halfway in the middle of the strait. This situation allows you to explore many sites. Eco Divers Resort includes 12 beautiful seafront bungalows, air-conditioned with single, double or triple rooms, cleaned daily, an outdoor restaurant, a lounge bar, a large swimming pool, an Indonesian Spa. You are welcomed 24 hours a day. One of the boats equipped for day diving, with a dining area and lounge, allows you to explore the entire length of the strait and change sites without returning to the centre. The Murex centre is located in Manado, in the north of Sulawesi Island, 1 hour from the airport where many flights arrive from most Indonesian cities including Bali and Jakarta, as well as from Singapore. The bungalows are equipped with a veranda, garden and sea views, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The reception is friendly and Murex Manado is a family-friendly place where children are welcome. The location is perfect if you are looking for peace and quiet in a pleasant environment. Meals are taken in the open air, served as a buffet by the sea. The cuisine is varied, both Asian and European. You have the choice between a day package with 3 dives and then you can either join the other Murex resort in Bangka to have your meal in the resort or you can go diving in the Lambeh Strait with the meal on board. Here in Manado, the dive sites are more like muck diving, with white or black sand, or coral reefs. You have a choice of subjects for the photo with seahorses, squids, nudibranchs, mimetic octopus and razor fish. With 28 °C, 30 m visibility and dives accessible to all levels of divers, you can dive all year round. At 35 minutes sailing time from the Bunaken reserve, you can easily change the type of diving with the exploration of large drop offs where many turtles nest. Nomad Divers Resort is located on Bangka Island, a 9 km long island in the north of Sulawesi Island, with the airport at Manado on Sulawesi Island. A driver from the resort is waiting for you there and will drive you to the north of Sulawesi in 1 hour. Afterwards, you can take a 30-40 minute boat transfer to Bangka island. In the morning, dolphins play in the bay where a dugong also lives, in front of the bungalows. Bangka island is located at an equal distance between the Lembeh Strait, the kingdom of muck diving and Bunaken, with its magnificent drop offs. The bungalows, made locally, very simple, on stilts, are set in the vegetation, along a sheltered bay with a view towards Lembeh and another towards the volcanoes of North Sulawesi. The rooms have double beds with fans. The bathrooms have showers with sun-heated water. Families have one of two bungalows with an extra bedroom. To get to your bungalow, you either go to the beach or take a path through the mangrove, lit at night by bamboo lanterns. After the dive, let yourself be rocked in your hammock on the terrace, looking up to see the tarsiers on the tree tops. Taste the delicious Minahasan country cuisine, based on curry, with banana cakes and fresh fish BBQ. The chef even makes delicious doughnuts. The facilities are clean and rustic with healthy cuisine. Excellent local guides operate at Nomad Divers Resort and find mimic octopus, pygmy seahorses and antennas. They lead you on the passage of eagle rays and sometimes sharks. Celebes Divers is located at Onong resort on Siladen Island, a short distance from Bunaken Island. It takes about 40 minutes by boat from Manado, north of Sulawesi Island. The resort directly overlooks a private beach and a house reef where you can enjoy guided dives day and night.
