Orca Dive Club Tulip is located in the Royal Tulip Beach Resort Hotel, a 15-minute drive south of the new port city of Port Ghalib, close to Mersa Alam Airport. The resort features a huge jetty, 700 meters long, which spans the steep reef. Equipment is brought by staff to the end of the jetty. You don't have to worry about any handling. You have at your disposal, about twenty complete equipment for rent with 12, 15, and 18-liter blocks and equipment for children. You have the possibility of diving with nitrox.
The Orca Dive Club Tulip instructors offer diving courses, from beginner to advanced level, which are held at the end of the jetty, on the House reef. However, you also have a boat to take you to the reefs of Abu Dabab.
Just outside of Port Ghalib, a dugong and many sea turtles frolic in the seagrass beds. Dive sites are accessible along the coastline via mini-bus transfers. Popular dive trips are to Elphinstone, a huge reef rising up from the depths and visited by pelagic fish, sharks, etc. Lots of emotions and beautiful encounters in perspective!
