Hermanus Whale Watchers is located in Hermanus, South Africa. An additional visit is scheduled at 16:00 from September to November. The appointment time is half an hour before the departure of Hermanus Whale Watchers Office, located at Hermanus New Harbour. The duration of the trip is subject to weather, tides, and whales.
The boat is accessible to passengers in a wheelchair. The service includes a soft drink and a bag of chips. You are accompanied by a certified naturalist guide. Since cetaceans are wild and unpredictable animals, the encounter with the animals is not 100% guaranteed. In this case, Hermanus Whale Watchers offers another trip the next day free of charge. If the trip cannot be made due to bad weather, the company will reimburse you. It is possible to request round-trip transfers from Cape Town, 90 minutes away.
